Susan has been alcohol free since Jan 2021 and has enjoyed so many positive changes. Susan has removed alcohol, stopped smoking and lost over 8 stone and is now passionate about helping others to use the energy, clarity and motivation you get from removing alcohol to positively impact other aspects of life too. Susan has completed an accredited Diploma in Positive Coaching and has a wealth of personal experience to draw on

Have you already given up on your New Year’s Resolutions or never even got round to setting any this year?
Quite often when we go alcohol free, we can end up confused about our identity, about what and who we are and where we are heading. It can be a scary ridebut this course can help! It is designed to help you reconnect with who you fundamentally are and who and what you want to be. And you will walk away with specific skills that will help you gain confidence.
Personal development and changing behaviour of any kind can be uncomfortable. That is why this course is designed to help you develop the skills and confidence to help you succeed in four steps:
- Identify your core values - This course starts off looking at your values, what is important to you now and for the future and how you can use your values to understand yourself better, make better daily decisions and learn to trust your values and use as your compass.
- Goal setting to focus on success - We will then work on your goals - these can be both short or long term and you can have lots or just a few. You are encouraged to even include those dreams you never share with anyone - this is very much about what works for you – there are no boundaries to what you can do or aim for. It is also fine if you just want to focus on just one goal or 2023 though – a lot can be achieved in the next 10 months!
- Challenging limiting beliefs and gaining confidence – Change is uncomfortable, and it is natural to lack confidence at the start. We will discuss the impact of self-limiting beliefs and specific skills that will help you get past them.
- Creating a plan for success – This week will draw upon the learning from the previous weeks to help you develop a specific plan for success. Our discussions will recap specific skills like goal setting and accountability. Then you will have an opportunity create your own unique plan using a vision board that brings all these elements together so you finish the course with a clearer understanding of yourself, where you’re heading, what success looks like and how you’re going to get there. You do not have to be creative to do a vision board – it's just a plan to connect your learning together, you can do mind map style, an action plan or – you can even do a GANTT chart if that’s what works for you!
This is delivered in an interactive and fun workshop style.
