OTI Coaching

OTI Coaching is the part of the website where OTI recommends qualified coaches to the members. OTI Coaching is not a coaching business – it is a referral system so that OTI can refer its members to qualified coaches.

Each individual recommended coach must have been trained on a course that’s recognised by either the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the Association for Coaches (AC). They must provide evidence of their credentials before they will be considered.

Each coach is responsible for managing the relationship with the client, including laying out their terms and conditions with a contract before any paid coaching takes place. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, each client agrees that they understand that you are entering in to a separate agreement with each individual recommended coach and must abide by their own individual terms and conditions

All OTI recommended coaches agree to offer the same rates to people who come to them through OTI – this rate is currently £50 per hour for members (on either a Monthly Membership or an Annual Membership) and £75 per hour for non-members, and may be subject to change. Over The Influence takes a 20% referral fee from every booking.

OTI will collect in fees through our booking system, and pay out each coach individually for coaching hours completed. It is the responsibility of the coach to send an invoice to OTI at the end of every calendar month for work completed that month.

Becoming an OTI Recommended Coach

OTI’s recommended coaches are people who have been an active part in the community for at least six months. Active doesn’t mean subscribed – it means, for example, that they have attended Zoom calls, posted in the forums, or attended events.

Any new coaches we recommend must have been trained on a course that’s recognised by either the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the Association for Coaches (AC). They must provide evidence of their credentials before they will be considered.

Any new recommended coach must be accepted by all current coaches with a unanimous vote.
